Liability Waiver

By attending a Betsy's Barn event, I understand and agree to the following:
 

1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that attending this festival involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, damage to personal property, and other unforeseen risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to attend this event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Betsy’s Barn, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and the property owner from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or related to my attendance, including injury, death, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Betsy’s Barn and the property owner from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from my actions or participation in the event.

4. No Liability for Third-Party Actions: I understand that neither Betsy’s Barn nor the property owner is responsible for the actions of other participants, vendors, contractors, or any other third parties during the event.

5. Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment if necessary during the event, and I release Betsy’s Barn and the property owner from any liability associated with such treatment.

 
 Acknowledgment and Agreement
 
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver. I understand that this agreement releases Betsy’s Barn, its affiliates, and the property owner from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, and that my purchase of a ticket constitutes my electronic signature and consent to these terms.
